Well the fog has settled in and we spend most days in winter sweaters…happy summer! I laughed out loud at the sight of my kids one morning, bundled in coats and blankets outside the little Russian bakery down the street – munching on hot bagels and sipping hot chocolate.  But then wait! Hop in your car, drive for 20 minutes and watch the temperature rise 3o degrees on your dashboard as you enter Marin.  It’s a wardrobe nightmare I tell you.

Aside from the schizophrenic weather patterns, July was great.  Independence day in Sausalito, The Marin County Fair with the Svajians, an impromptu baseball game, Lake Tahoe with a whole crew of friends, and lots of family time…plus a ballet class!

Des and Jules are, as always, up and down with their love for each other but we’re on an upswing this month – yay!  Stay tuned for our East Coast Tour update…
