Desmond, Lilly, and Makena celebrated their 2nd year on this planet together in a serious way! Check out the photos of their birthday bash at My Gym (a huge gym devoted solely to toddlers) in SF.  Elmo was the theme – ironically Desmond had no idea who he was until that night, but it didn’t matter.  There was a bubble machine, a mini circus, a zip line, trampolines, a bouncy ball bath, and cupcakes! What more could a 2 year old want?

And the best part?! Aunt Jenny and Uncle Erik joined us for the festivities and stayed for the weekend.  We played, we hiked, and we ate – it was a beautiful, relaxing, and wonderful weekend with our family.
